Abu Usamah narrates some of the stories of the past illustrating people's struggle for the sake of their religion. These stories are not mere stories revealed in order to aid one to fall asleep but as a sign for us to reflect over and to draw strengths for our own selves. Abu Usamah then looks to a more contemporary struggle of a sister from Luton, UK. She, at the mere and tender age of fourteen battled with all her strength for the sake of Allah, in order to preserve her hijab at school. Allah aided her with a glorious victory, for when Allah aids someone, then none can overcome them. Abu Usamah speaks of the virtues of hijaab, the benefits and the severe punishment prescribed for those women who choose to display their beauty to non-mahram.
